Harry Soteriou

Harry Soteriou is a Researcher at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, affiliated with the University of Cyprus. He specializes in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with technical expertise spanning Python/C++ programming, databases, and distributed systems.

• BSc in Particle Physics and Cosmology from Lancaster University
• MSc in Data Science and Entrepreneurship (joint degree from Tilburg University and TU/Eindhoven)

• Large Language Models (LLMs) for advanced NLP applications
• Multi-Agent Systems for distributed AI architectures
