Harrington V. Gibson

Harrington V. Gibson is an Associate Professor and director of the doctoral program in Educational Leadership at National Louis University's National College of Education. He currently oversees the Chicago Leadership Collaborative, recruiting and training principal candidates for Chicago Public Schools (CPS), and manages grants supporting principal coaching. Previously, he was a Golden Apple scholar, classroom teacher, and teaching fellow at Harvard's Graduate School of Education. His roles include program coordinator for CPS leadership initiatives and consultant for school diagnostic reviews.
