Harold Mazoyer

Harold Mazoyer is a Lecturer in Political Science at Sciences Po Lyon since 2014. His research focuses on public policy, infrastructure governance, and technical democracy. He has held postdoctoral fellowships at the PACTE and TRIANGLE laboratories, organizing conferences on public policy and transport infrastructure. His work explores the socio-historical dimensions of policy-making, including the interplay between technical expertise and democratic processes.

Education: PhD in Political Science (2011, Lyon 2 University), with a thesis titled *Power Calculations: Socio-History of a Science of Government: Transport Economics (1960-1982)*.

Key Research Interests: Public policy analysis, infrastructure governance, socio-technical systems, and the evolution of policy-making frameworks.
