Hao Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Integrated Science and Technology at James Madison University's College of Integrated Science & Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and a B.S. from Beijing Information Science & Technology University.
