Dr. Hao He is an Assistant Professor at the School of Library and Information Management (SLIM) at Emporia State University. His research focuses on integrating extended reality (XR), generative AI, and game-based learning into educational environments, particularly in STEM and nursing education. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2023), an M.Ed. in Educational Technology (2017), and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Zhejiang University City College (2008).
His expertise spans learning theories, technology-enhanced learning (e.g., XR/AI), and learning experience design. He teaches courses such as VR/AR in Libraries and Web Design and Development.
