Hans von Spakovsky is a Senior Legal Fellow and manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative at The Heritage Foundation's Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. He is also an adjunct professor at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, where he teaches legal courses.
