Hans Z. Munthe-Kaas

Hans Z. Munthe-Kaas is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Bergen, Norway. His academic roles include Chair of the Abel Prize Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Foundations of Computational Mathematics, and President of the Norwegian Mathematical Society. As Project Leader for the Lie-Størmer Center and the RCN-Fripro CODYSMA project, he bridges pure and applied mathematics with computational science.
