Hannes Schröter

Professor Hannes Schröter serves as Leader of the NOVA:ea project at Distance University Hagen's Department for Innovation and Evaluation Research (DIE), holding a cooperative full professorship in Adult Cognition and Learning since 2021. He represents research center cooperation partners on CATALPA's executive board.

His research focuses on adult teaching/learning processes, digital educational media, and e-assessment design. Schröter advocates for diversity-appropriate digital learning technologies that enable individually adaptive education across sectors through interdisciplinary collaboration.
