معرفی
Prof. Hannes Höppner is a Professor of Humanoid Robotics at Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT), serving as acting head of the Laboratory for Humanoid Robotics since October 2019. Previously, he spent nearly 10 years at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Oberpfaffenhofen, focusing on robotics research and development.
His research spans Humanoid Robotics, Soft Robotics, and Human-Robot Interaction, with key contributions in elastic humanoids with variable stiffness, compliant robotic hands for food grasping, biomechanical joint stiffness studies, and an award-winning safety system. His laboratory leads diverse projects including tele.interaction (DFG), PAN Assistant (BMBF), and Soft Robotic Hands, funded by national and international agencies.
At BHT, Prof. Höppner teaches robotics design, fundamentals, maintenance, and manufacturing within the Humanoid Robotics program. His lab drives innovation through over 30 active projects like AnorexiaVR (BMG), Exoskeleton for support (BMWi), and the "House of Robotics" initiative, addressing healthcare, industrial automation, and education applications. While specific student advisees and award names are unlisted, his work significantly advances collaborative robotics systems.
