Hannah Timmis is a DPhil in Public Policy candidate at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, and a Doctoral Researcher for the Oxford Martin Programme on the Future of Development. She has extensive experience in international development research, including roles as Senior Research Manager at Precision Development (PxD), Research Associate at the Center for Global Development, and Economics Research Officer at the Institute of Development Studies.
