Dr. Hannah Maiden is an Honorary Researcher at Lancaster University's Faculty of Health and Medicine (FHM) , based in the Health Research department. Her work bridges environmental sustainability and healthcare, with a focus on integrating ecological considerations into health technology assessments and public health guidelines. She has contributed to a 2022 review article examining this intersection. Additionally, she leads a 3-year research project (2022–2025) evaluating outcomes of buprenorphine prolonged-release injection (Buvidal) therapy for opioid addiction in Blackpool, UK.
