Her work on sustainable supply chain management investigates environmental and social dimensions while addressing critical tensions between marketing and supply chain functions at frontline operational levels. This dual focus positions her at the intersection of ethical business practices and operational excellence.
Analysis of her 15 most recent publications reveals a decisive shift toward resilience frameworks following the COVID-19 pandemic, with increasing emphasis on biblical wisdom principles as strategic tools for navigating supply chain disruptions. Her research consistently connects triple bottom line sustainability with consumer perception dynamics, particularly how negative supplier information cascades through brand ecosystems.
Her scholarly impact is recognized through:
- Fulbright Scholar award for Indonesia research (2020)
- AOM Best Paper Award nomination (2019)
Stolze actively mentors students through supply chain internships and research collaborations with over 50 global companies. Her industry engagement extends through speaking engagements on supply chain crises and faith-integrated leadership, supported by her book 'Wisdom-Based Business' endorsed by executives like Mars Inc.'s Global Talent head. She directs the Wheaton Center for Faith & Innovation, developing faith-led business cohorts and 12-week community study guides that operationalize her research into practical frameworks for women of faith in corporate leadership roles.
