Hannah Bailey

Hannah Bailey is an Assistant Professor at the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy & Technology (CMIST) within Carnegie Mellon University's Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Her research focuses on authoritarian states' use of emerging technologies for global digital persuasion, with interdisciplinary expertise spanning political communication, computational social science, and AI governance.
