Prof. Hanna Paluszkiewicz is a Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin. She specializes in criminal procedural law, focusing on adjudication outside courtroom trials, procedural rights of injured parties, and intertemporal legal studies. Her research also explores the impact of criminal procedural law on disciplinary and fiscal proceedings.
Education & Academic Titles:
- 1997: PhD in Law (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań)
- 2008: Habilitation in Legal Sciences (based on the monograph First-instance substantive adjudication outside the trial in criminal proceedings)
