Hanna Maria Dumała is a Professor at the Department of International Political Relations within the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland. Her academic career spans over 30 years, with habilitation in Transnational Territorial Networks in Europe (2013) and a doctoral dissertation on Africa as a Region of Coexistence (1994). She serves as Chairwoman of the International Relations program team and participates in academic governance through the Polish Political Science Society and Polish Society for International Studies.
