Hanadi S. Rifai is a Moores Professor and Director of the Hurricane Resilience Research Institute (HuRRI) at the University of Houston’s Cullen College of Engineering. She leads the Environmental Engineering Graduate Program and has held roles including Senior Associate Dean for Research and Facilities. Her expertise spans groundwater modeling, risk assessment, and environmental engineering technologies.
