Hamza Chengazi, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is affiliated with the University of Rochester Medical Faculty Group (URMFG) and Accountable Health Partners (AHP), a regional network of medical providers.
