Hamid Ebadi is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Calgary, specializing in neuromuscular diagnostics with clinical expertise in Muscle & Nerve Ultrasound and Small Fiber Neuropathy.
Dr. Ebadi completed medical school and Neurology residency at the University of Tehran before beginning his academic career at the University of Gorgan, Iran, as an Assistant Professor of Neurology in 1998. He subsequently pursued advanced training in clinical electrophysiology and neuromuscular disorders at Paris's Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital (2004-2005), followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Neuromuscular Diseases at the University of Toronto (2011-2014).
His research concentrates on innovative diagnostic methodologies for neuromuscular conditions, particularly through high-resolution ultrasound imaging and electrophysiological assessment of small fiber neuropathies.
