Halvor Spetalen

Halvor Spetalen is a Lecturer at the Department of Vocational Teacher Education, Faculty of Teacher Education and International Studies, Oslo Metropolitan University. Holding a Cand. Polit. degree from the University of Oslo, he serves as Study Leader Area 3 and leads the School-Working-University Cooperation research group. He also coordinates the Center for Vocational Knowledge and acts as subject manager for restaurant and food studies in the Store Norske Leksikon.
