Prof. Dr. Halil İbrahim KAYA serves as Professor and Department Head at Kafkas University's Dede Korkut Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences. Previously holding positions as Associate Professor (2018-2023) and Assistant Professor, he has progressively advanced through academic ranks since joining Kafkas University in 2001.
