Hakim Adi

Professor Hakim Adi serves as Professor of the History of Africa and the African Diaspora at the University of Chichester. He is a leading expert on African and Caribbean history, with particular focus on Pan-African movements and the African diaspora in Europe.

His research interests include:

• Black intellectual traditions
• Decolonization processes
• Diaspora communities in Britain
