Professor Hai L. Vu is an ARC Future Fellow and Associate Dean (Research) at the Faculty of Engineering, Monash University. He leads the Monash Institute of Transport Studies and has held academic roles since 2000. His research focuses on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), traffic modeling, and autonomous vehicles. He has secured over $5M in ARC grants and collaborates with industry partners like VicRoads and Cisco.
