Gabriele Hagmann is a part-time lecturer and expert in human resources management, affiliated with the Faculty of Business Administration at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen (HfWU). With a professional background in business administration and extensive experience in HR roles within industry and social institutions, she contributes to academic education through teaching modules in leadership, communication, soft skills, and conflict management.

Her professional journey includes over 13 years as an HR manager in an international pharmaceutical and cosmetics company, followed by consultancy and crisis management in social sectors. She has taught at universities for over a decade and serves as a freelance lecturer and examination board member for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), particularly in trainer qualification (AEVO).
