Habeeb Yahya is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Accounting and Finance, Turku School of Economics, University of Turku. He defended his doctoral thesis in spring 2024 and focuses on Corporate Finance and Sustainable Finance, with an emphasis on emerging markets.
Research interests: His work explores the intersection of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance, firm valuation, and sustainability metrics. He collaborates with institutions like Hanken School of Economics on topics including African entrepreneurship, private equity, and job creation.
