Gözde Erhan is an Associate Professor at Bogazici University's Department of International Trade, with expertise in financial markets, risk management, and stochastic modeling. She has held leadership roles, including Department Chair (2017-2019), and previously served as Assistant Professor and Research Assistant at Bogazici University and other institutions.

Her research focuses on financial risk, oil-stock market interactions, agricultural risk modeling, and sustainable investment. Recent works analyze economic policy uncertainty in tourism firms, unorthodox monetary policy effects, and extreme dependencies in regional wheat yields using stochastic CGE models.
She has contributed to 15+ publications spanning financial markets, risk modeling, and sustainability. Grants include TUBITAK (215K066) and Bogazici University BAP projects on climate change impacts in Turkish agriculture and financial dependencies.
She has taught undergraduate courses like Financial Accounting, Risk and Insurance, and graduate courses in International Financial Management.
