Gábor Bódi

Gábor Bódi is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Water Utilities and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where he has taught since 1989. His educational background includes certification as a civil engineer. He currently instructs courses in Waste Management, Infrastructure Planning, Utility Network Design, and Hydraulic System Modeling, with prior teaching covering Public Works and Water Safety.

His research focuses on:

• Design, operation, and reconstruction of water supply infrastructure
• Application of IT and software development in hydraulic engineering (e.g., pressurized system modeling, network optimization)
• Technical Information Systems for water utilities
