Gyrd Thrane

Gyrd Thrane is an Associate Professor in Physiotherapy at The Arctic University of Norway. His research focuses on physical activity interventions in clinical populations, particularly after cardiac events and stroke, using mHealth approaches.

Recent work includes studies on smartwatch-based atrial fibrillation detection post-cardiac surgery, machine learning prediction of post-stroke fatigue, and mobile health interventions for physical activity in intellectual disability populations.
