Gwenaëlle Douaud is an Associate Professor at the University of Oxford's Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences and Research Fellow at Green Templeton College. She leads the Translational Image Analysis Group at the Oxford FMRIB Centre, focusing on brain imaging, neurodegenerative diseases, and large-scale data analysis. Her educational background includes undergraduate studies in mathematics and physics in Paris, specialization in Neuroscience and Genetics at Institut Pasteur, and a PhD from University of Paris XI-Orsay (2006) on Huntington's disease imaging.
Her research integrates basic neuroscience, imaging methodology, and clinical applications. Primary interests include:
