Gwen Young serves as a Teaching Professor in the Department of Biology, Health, and the Environment within the College of Sciences at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Her academic responsibilities span Conservation Biology, Environmental Rhetoric, Environmental Systems, Restoration Ecology, Student Success initiatives, Technical Communication, and Study Abroad programming in Urbino, Italy.
