Guy Laroque

Guy Laroque is an Affiliated Researcher in the Department of Economics at Sciences Po, which he joined in 2011. He concurrently serves as a part-time Professor of Economics at University College London (UCL) and is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) since 2006. His career spans academia and public service, including roles at the French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), where he specialized in macroeconomic analysis, national accounts, and labor market research.

Education & Teaching: He has held academic positions at the Ecole Nationale de Statistique et d'Administration Economique (ENSAE), Ecole Polytechnique (part-time, 1984–2004), and has been a visiting scholar at Harvard, Princeton, NYU, and Stanford Universities.
