Guramrinder Thind, MD is an Assistant Professor of Pulmonology at the UCSF School of Medicine, practicing in the Fresno division. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Critical Care Echocardiography, and holds ELSO Adult ECMO Practitioner Certification. His clinical and academic focus lies in advanced respiratory support, critical care ultrasonography, and the management of complex cardiopulmonary conditions.

He is particularly engaged in optimizing ECMO circuits, evaluating esophageal pressures in ventilated obese patients, and exploring high-frequency oscillatory ventilation as a rescue therapy. His work also delves into cardiorenal syndromes, fluid resuscitation in sepsis, and radiation exposure in ICU survivors.
