Guillermo Bustos-Perez

Guillermo Bustos-Perez is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology's Department of Human Origins. His research focuses on Paleolithic stone tool analysis, combining technological examination of production methods and site formation processes with quantitative techniques like 3D scanning, machine learning, and geometric morphometrics. His work primarily investigates Lower/Middle Pleistocene and Middle Paleolithic contexts in Western Europe.

Research interests include:
