Guillaume Conchon--Kerjan is a Lecturer in Mathematical Data Science at King's College London's Department of Mathematics, part of the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences. He holds a PhD from Université Paris Diderot (2021) and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Bath's Prob-L@B with Dr. Daniel Kious. His research focuses on scaling limits of random structures, random walks, and Markov chain dynamics. He joined King's College in 2023.
Research Interests:
- Scaling limits of random trees and graphs
- Random walks in random environments
- Markov chain mixing times and cutoff phenomena
- Interacting particle systems and correlated percolation
His 2024 publication in the Electronic Journal of Probability explores critical random tree scaling limits, contributing to stochastic process theory. He advises potential PhD candidates in these areas.
