His research examines complex global governance systems, focusing on international trade frameworks, digital economy regulation, and emerging AI governance structures.
Beaumier investigates transatlantic data protection evolution and private sector roles in regulatory innovation. His doctoral research analyzed EU-US data protection rule co-evolution through public-private interactions since 1995. Current postdoctoral work explores jurisdictional challenges in AI regulation and cross-border corporate influence in policy development.
