معرفی
Guido Gagliardi is an Associate Professor at the University of Genoa's Department of Experimental Physics of Fundamental Interactions and Applications. His research focuses on particle physics and high-energy collider experiments, particularly within the ATLAS Collaboration at CERN. He has contributed to studies of Higgs boson properties, resonance searches, and beyond Standard Model physics using 13 TeV proton-proton collision data.
Teaching responsibilities include courses such as General Physics, Programming Introduction, and Material Physics Laboratory for undergraduate and graduate programs in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, and Physics. Office hours are arranged via prior appointment.
Recent research highlights include measurements of Higgs boson decays into bottom quarks, searches for charged Higgs bosons in top quark decays, and investigations of diphoton and vector-like quark signatures. These studies utilize advanced analysis techniques developed for the ATLAS detector's data streams.
