Guido Ferrarini is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Genoa's Law Department and Centre for Law and Finance, where he focuses on corporate governance, financial regulation, and sustainable finance. He is also a Founder and Fellow at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) in Brussels, and an Academic Fellow and Steering Committee Member of the EUSFIL Jean Monnet Center of Excellence on Sustainable Finance and Law.
