Guido Bottazzo is a Professor of Industrial Design at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) since 2016. He holds an M.Arch in Architecture from Università Iuav di Venezia. His career spans diverse design roles across automotive, furniture, and product design for brands like Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls Royce, and Toyota, alongside architectural projects for institutions like Houston Methodist Hospital. He has exhibited globally at venues such as Palazzo Zenobio (Venice) and the Petersen Museum (Los Angeles).
Research interests focus on blending industrial design with art, emphasizing sustainability and cross-disciplinary innovation. His work explores functional aesthetics in furniture, automotive sculpture, and cultural artifacts, as seen in his 'Pasta' furniture collection and 'La Ville' installation.
