Gudrun BORNETTE

Gudrun Bornette is a Senior Research Scientist affiliated with the Chrono-environnement laboratory (UMR 6249 CNRS/UFC) at the University of Franche-Comté. Her research focuses on aquatic ecosystems, particularly wetland dynamics, microbial communities, and the interactions between vegetation and hydrogeomorphological processes. She has contributed to studies on flood impacts, pathogen persistence in wetlands, and the ecological consequences of human activities like eutrophication and dam construction.
