Griffiths G Atungulu

Griffiths G Atungulu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science at the University of Arkansas, affiliated with the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences. As Director of the University of Arkansas Rice Processing Program, he leads research on post-harvest technology and grain quality optimization.
