Grier Torrence is a visual artist and educator affiliated with Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) as a Visiting Professor in the Department of Art under the School of Visual, Performing, and Communication Arts. He earned his BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and MFA from Yale University. His work explores the spiritual and psychological dimensions of existence through themes of interiors, architecture, light, and creative devotion.
