Gretchen Burks is an Assistant Professor of Nursing and V-BSN Assessment Coordinator at Shenandoah University. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Shenandoah University. Her expertise spans trauma, neurology, and orthopedics, with extensive clinical experience in Intensive Care Units (ICU) including Neuro ICU, Trauma ICU, Med-Surg ICU, CCU, and Surgical ICU. She has served as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor, Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) Instructor, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Instructor, Prehospital Life Support (PTLS) Instructor, and Burn Instructor (ABA).
