Greta Krešić is a Full Professor at the University of Rijeka, with a focus on food and nutrition topics within academic curricula. She teaches undergraduate courses on Trends in Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, Sustainable Nutrition, Dietary Trends, and Food and Nutrition, and contributes to the postgraduate Doctoral Study in Sustainable Development Management through her work on Sustainable Food Chains.
