Greig Tor Guthey is Professor of Geography and Program Director of Environmental Studies at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), with affiliations in the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences and the Global Studies program. His work bridges economic geography, sustainable development, and food systems, focusing on regional industries like wine, dairy, and alternative food economies.
