Gregory F. Nellis is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, affiliated with the College of Engineering. His research focuses on heat transfer, cryogenics, and thermal systems, with notable contributions to two-phase flow, heat exchangers, and energy storage. He holds the Ouweneel-Bascom and Kaiser Chaired Professorships and has been recognized with numerous awards, including the ASHRAE Crosby Field Award and the James G. Woodburn Teaching Award.
