Gregory McMahon is a Professor in the Classics, Humanities and Italian Studies department at the University of New Hampshire's College of Liberal Arts. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in Hittite Language and History, and teaches courses on Roman and Greek civilizations, ancient engineering, and Anatolian history. His research focuses on Anatolian archaeology and Hittite philology, with extensive fieldwork at Çadır Höyük in Central Anatolia, Turkey, spanning decades.

Grants & Advising: Secured a 1994 grant for archaeological research. Advised numerous field projects but no listed advisees. Active in international archaeological networks.
Labs/Teams: Lead the Çadır Höyük excavation project and collaborate with international archaeology teams on Anatolian studies.
