Gregory M. Thaler is an Associate Professor of Environmental Geography and Latin American Studies at the University of Oxford. He co-directs the Brazil Natural Resource Governance Initiative with colleagues from the University of Georgia (USA) and the Federal University of Pará (Brazil).
