Gregor Pilz

Dr. Gregor Pilz serves as an Emmy Noether Group Leader at the Biomedical Center of LMU Munich, where he leads research in the Department of Cell Biology (Anatomy III). His work focuses on understanding neural mechanisms through the investigation of structural and functional plasticity in the hippocampus.

His research interests span multiple areas of neuroscience including cellular plasticity, hippocampal function, and brain research.
