Grant Schnarr serves as Associate Professor of Religion at Bryn Athyn College, concurrently holding the position of Outgoing Faculty Chair and participating in Faculty Council. His academic role is deeply integrated with practical ministry and authorship in spiritual development.

Research Expertise: Professor Schnarr's work centers on Religion and Spirituality with specialized focus on Swedenborgian theology, pastoral counseling methodologies, and practical spiritual warfare frameworks. His scholarship bridges academic theology with real-world application through life coaching principles and organizational leadership in religious contexts, emphasizing emotional/spiritual growth and cross-cultural dissemination of New Church thought.

Professional Leadership: Beyond teaching, Schnarr founded the Bryn Athyn Men's Gathering (2007), Spiritual Alliance (1997-2002), and Spiritual Warfare Effectiveness Training (1998-present). He served as Director of International New Church Evangelism (2009-2011) and remains Founding Pastor of Creekside New Church. His CTI Life Coaching Certification (1990-2012) informs his integrative approach to pastoral care and organizational administration within religious communities.
