Graham Stevens is a Professor of Philosophy at The University of Manchester, specializing in the philosophy of language, race and gender, and the history of analytic philosophy. His work focuses on semantic theories of indexicals, slurs, and expressions of taste, with particular attention to politically significant language and figurative language. He holds a PhD from the University of Southampton and teaches courses on formal logic and philosophies of resistance.
