Graham McAuliffe

Dr. Graham McAuliffe is a Reader in Environmental Assessments of Food Systems at Harper Adams University, specializing in the environmental impacts of food systems using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and nutritional LCA (nLCA). He holds a BA (Hons) in Geography, an MSc in Environmental Science, and a PhD in Veterinary Science. His research focuses on methodological frameworks for sustainable agri-food production, integrating high-resolution data from platforms like North Wyke Farm to quantify greenhouse gas emissions and uncertainties in pollutants like methane and nitrous oxide. He has pioneered 'enviro-nutritional' assessments, blending nutritional parameters with traditional LCA to address equitable nutritional provision.
